Lewisham Migration Forum Listening Campaign- Lewisham as a Borough of Sanctuary
LEWISHAM MIGRATION FORUM LAUNCHES ITS LISTENING CAMPAIGN
What does sanctuary mean to you and your communities?
What could Lewisham's public services do to offer sanctuary and welcome to refugees, asylum seekers and migrants?
We are looking for answers to these questions and more from all kinds of communities across Lewisham.
The Lewisham Migration Forum (LMF) is working to make Lewisham a Borough of Sanctuary, a place that refugees, asylum seekers and migrants (RASM) can proudly call home, where they are welcome and safe. LMF which is composed of over 30 organisations initiated this consultation to learn from individuals, private, public, voluntary and community organisations what a borough of sanctuary means and to solicit ideas on how we can work together to make this happen.
