LRMN’s Covid-19 Response

As lockdown restrictions begin to relax, we take a look back at how we helped people cope with the pandemic.

Since the Covid-19 crisis began last year, we’ve seen a rise in demand for emergency support, especially for migrants who can’t access benefits (NRPF). We have always given out some hardship funds and food parcels, but since the pandemic started, we transformed our Migrant Hub into a food bank to extend this service to more families struggling through the pandemic’s hardships. We also provided laptops, phones and moved our services remotely – making sure that no one was forgotten.

Thank you to all our supporters! We have to thank CAF, Martin Lewis, London Community Response, Leathersellers Trust, Margaret Hayman CT, Refugee Action and more!
