Celebrate Refugee Week with us!
Turn compassion into action this week and beyond
Refugee Week has started!
This week, LRMN, our partners and our community are marking Refugee Week. For us, this is a week to raise awareness of the challenges facing sanctuary seekers in rebuilding their lives, and celebrating refugees, migrants and asylum seekers.

⭐Monday: We’re at General Gordon Square collecting pledges to Greenwich Borough of Sanctuary!
⭐Tuesday: We’re celebrating 100 families resettled in Lewisham, and visiting the Greenwich Migrant Hub. You can visit us at Greenwich University’s Launch Event, where we’re speaking on the hostile environment and sanctuary.
⭐Wednesday: Visit our Greenwich Borough of Sanctuary community meeting at Woolwich Works, starting at 12:30pm. We’ll also be at Refugee Council’s event at Deptford Lounge at 3:30pm. Come and say hello!
⭐Thursday: Give to our fundraiser!
⭐Friday: Our Greenwich Borough of Sanctuary group will be commemorating Greenwich’s history of migration in a Council led event.
⭐Saturday: We’re hanging our with Protein as part of the Greenwich Borough of Sanctuary movement. Come on down to Woolwich Works at 11am to dance with us!
⭐Sunday: We are super excited to join Migration Museum on Sunday to be pledge to turn your compassion into action!

Refugee Week is a great way to get involved with supporting sanctuary seekers in your local community, but this is just the start! You can volunteer, fundraise, or campaign with us!
