LRMN has a small immigration team and we can give knowledgeable and sympathetic advice to migrants in south east London who are unable to afford a private solicitor. Our advisors are qualified to give advice up to IAA Level 3 accreditation.

Our advice services are open to people from refugee, asylum seeker and migrant backgrounds, who are vulnerable, destitute and have children living in Lewisham and neighbouring boroughs. We run a hybrid service, offering both phone and face-to-face advice.

Our advisers understand that having an immigration problem can be extremely stressful. Therefore, we offer a knowledgeable and sympathetic service to our clients up to IAA Level 3 accreditation. All of our advisers are regulated by the Immigration Advice Authority (IAA) or the Solicitors Regulation Authority (SRA) and have many years of experience in immigration advice.

We do not normally offer full representation to people seeking asylum, although in some cases we can give basic advice and make asylum support applications. LRMN has a Legal Aid contract which we use to run a limited number of Tribunal appeals and higher court cases. This is generally restricted to our existing clients and we would normally signpost or refer on any external enquiries requiring this type of representation.
